Meet the staff of Mike's Lawn Service.All employees are certified licensed applicators through the Iowa Department of Agriculture. Les Wilshusen - General Manager. Employed with the company since 1982. Les oversees all aspects of the business plus does the landscape designing. Randy Fulkerth - Operations manager. Employed with the company since 1993. Randy oversees all personnel in the lawn maintenance division. He also does the mixing and loading of fertilizers and pesticides. Randy is also responsible for making sure that quality work is being done on every job. Matt Hull - Irrigation manager. Employed with the company since 1997. Matt oversees all irrigation responsibilities. He also designs Toro sprinkler systems to each lawn. Matt also does landscape installations and trains new employees. Ardan Dirkx - Employed with the company since 1983. Ardan does seeding, ground sterilizing and perimeter pest control and landscape installations. Brent Emerick - Employed with the company since 1999. Brent fills the void where needed in lawn spraying, landscaping, irrigation services, and ground sterilizing. Josh Norwood - State Certified Applicator. Employed with the company since 1999. Josh also does landscape installations. Ricardo Charles - State Certified Applicator. Employed with the company since 1999. Ricardo also does landscape installations. Josh Petersen - State Certified Applicator. Employed with the company since 2001. Josh also does landscape installations. Cory Spooner - State Certified Applicator. Employed with the company since 2005. Cory also does landscape installations. David Moffatt - State Certified Applicator. Employed with the company since 2006. David also does landscape installations. Tracy Simons - Office Staff.
